Why we give
God is generous and He calls His people to be as well. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances.
Although the tithe (10%) was part of the Old Testament law, Christians have freedom to be even more generous than that.
Regardless of how much you can give, we celebrate the truth that God loves a cheerful giver who remembers that every resource already belongs to the Lord, Maker of Heaven and Earth.

Give Securely Online
We use Subsplash Giving, a secure platform designed for churches, to provide you with a digital way to give your tithes and offerings to the Lord through the ministry of First Mennonite Church.
After setting up a profile (or logging in as a guest), the process is quick and easy. You may also choose to cover the processing fees in order to further serve the Lord through FMC. Thank you for your generosity!

Give In Person
Every Sunday, we pass the offering plates after the congregational prayer time. This traditional method models the priority of giving to our children and allows anyone to give to the Lord easily.
Mail A Check
Some individuals who are unable to attend worship on a regular basis often mail their tithe or offering to our church office. That is also a great way to give to the Lord.
